АННОТАЦИЯ

Статья посвящена анализу существующих недостатков в системе антимонопольного регулирования в Российской Федерации и разработке предложений по их устранению. В ней отражена актуальность реализации антимонопольной политики России; указаны основные направления деятельности государства в сфере регулирования монополий; освещено историческое развитие борьбы государства с монопольными структурами; указаны основы антимонопольного законодательства; приведена критика ФАС России, подкрепленная релевантными статистическими данными; выявлены основные недостатки существующей практики антимонопольного регулирования и предложены потенциальные пути их преодоления.

ABSTRACT

Article is devoted to the analysis of the existing shortcomings of system of antimonopoly regulation of the Russian Federation and development of offers on their elimination. Relevance of realization of the antimonopoly policy of Russia is reflected in it; the main activities of the state in the sphere of regulation of monopolies are specified; historical development of fight of the state against exclusive structures is lit; bases of the antitrust law are specified; the criticism of FAS Russia supported with relevant statistical data is given; the main shortcomings of the existing practice of antimonopoly regulation are revealed and potential ways of their overcoming are offered.
